Beside Savemore Cyberwest (Paramount), Ride a jeepney plying Delta Ikot and get off at The One Executive Building. It is near 7 Eleven and Mercury Drug Delta.

Ride a jeepney, bus or FX going to Quiapo, then get off at Delta Overpass. From there, just walk along West Avenue, which is the very road on the right and you will see the The One Executive Building on the other side of the road, just nearby 7 Eleven.
From Quiapo/ España
Ride a bus, jeepney or FX going to SM Fairview and get off at Delta Overpass. Cross to the other side of Quezon Ave through the overpass to get to West Avenue. Walk along West Avenue and you will see The One Executive Office Building not far from the overpass.
