Ride a bus, UV Express or jeepney going to SM Fairview and get off at SM Fairview. Cross to the other side of the highway and in front of Robinsons Novaliches, ride a jeepney going to Lagro -Tungko or Philcoa - Quiapo and tell the driver to drop you off at Hanging Gardens.

Ride a jeepney going to SM Fairview - Tungko and tell the driver to drop you off at Hanging Gardens.
FROM SM NORTH/ MONUMENTO
In front of SM North Hypermarket, ride a UV Express going to SM Fairview and get off exactly at SM Fairview. From there, cross to the other side of the highway to get to Robinsons Novaliches. Ride a jeepney going to Lagro - Tungko or Philcoa - Quiapo in front of Robinsons Novaliches and tell the driver to drop you off at Hanging Gardens.
BONUS TIP: Sometimes UV Express drivers may agree to drop you off in front of Robinsons Novaliches, so it is best to ask the driver if they could drop you off there. It will at least save you the hassle of having to cross the highway just to get there.
